Active Chamber Memberships

*A Full membership includes brochure/information placement at the Chamber office year ‘round; referral service; one vote per membership; receive Chamber minutes; listing in the Chamber publications and website as available.

TOUR/TRAVEL:  Resort, trip outfitting, motel, lodge, campground, bed & breakfast, guide service, rental home, houseboats, property management and remote cabin: $550
Second membership: $300
Additional memberships: $200

MERCHANT:  Retail business, banking and insurance, real estate, contractors, media, restaurant, professional, service industry, educational: $285

COMPACT BUSINESS:  A compact business is operated by 1-2 family members in a home or storefront with no more than one FTE employee or independent contractor: $185

WHOLESALE BUSINESS:  Ely businesses which produce goods at wholesale: $235

SECOND BUSINESS:  Second Standard membership (same site, same owner/manager): $200

Supporting Chamber Memberships

NON-PROFIT BUSINESS:  A Corporation or Association that deals with sales and /or services to the public and has received non-profit status approval through Section #501 of the Internal Revenue Service Code. In addition, the business operates from a building or office on an annual or seasonal basis.  (For non-profits with retail business requiring FTE employees use Standard membership guidelines): $285

SUSTAINING BUSINESS:  Businesses without offices or outlets in Ely which sells goods or services to the Ely area: $235

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP:  Individuals or families, not necessarily residing in the Ely area, wishing to support the Chamber and its activities: $60

NON-PROFIT CLUB OR ORGANIZATION:  Service Club or Organization that functions for the benefit of its members and services to the community but has no building from which it operates on a day to day basis: $125

Chamber Services Available at Additional Cost

BOOKLET:  A Chamber booklet is printed each year and made available at Sport Shows and to prospective customers for travel services.  Advertising space is available at a separate cost in this 4-color publication.

This list contains the names and addresses of persons who call or write to obtain information about community services.  It is coded to reflect the interests of the potential customer.  Daily distribution. 

Membership dues are for the fiscal year, July 1 through June 30.  Dues are payable in full to:  Ely Chamber of Commerce.  Applications may be submitted to the Administrative Director who will be happy to answer your questions.  The determination of category will be finalized by the Board at its monthly meeting.
